Lanyard - The Karo smartphone
lanyard is a flat, woven strap, designed to distribute the weight of your smartphone and creates the most comfortable experience. Made of silky smooth Nylon, it feels great on the skin, and can be loose or tightened for sports
mode.

If you received a product you did not order, please contact us here or send us a message to our WhatsApp business +972525794976 and we will help you with the return process. 

Items that were not used can be returned within 7 business days in their original packing. Refund will be initiated within 14
business days from items arrival to Karo. We will send you an Email confirming that the refund was made.

For any cancellation, Karo is allowed to deduct a one-time cancellation fee in a rate of 5% of the cancelled order or up to 100NIS – the lowest of the two.

 

There are 3 types of shipping methods:

Free shipping - Box2Box delivery for orders over 99$ within 4-6 business days

Door2door - 

Israel - Delivery to a chosen address for 10$. Fees may change if your address is outside the marked area.
Delivery within 4 business days.

USA - Delivery to a chosen address for 15$. Fees may change if your address is outside the marked area.
Delivery within 7-10 business days.

Europe - Delivery to a chosen address for 12$. Fees may change if your address is outside the marked area.
Delivery within 7-10 business days.

Pick up – From Karo Tel-Aviv office – Droyanov 5 (CLAL building), Tel-Aviv
(Sunday – Wednesday between 12:00-17:00)
